Cadence has one product, charged per seat. Every seat gets the full product -- every feature is included, and nothing is held back for a higher price. What you see is what everyone on your team gets.

Two billing intervals, one product

You choose how you pay: monthly at R170 per seat, or annually at R1,800 per seat per year, which works out to R150 per seat per month and saves roughly 12% compared with paying monthly. Both options are in South African Rand, VAT-inclusive, and processed via Paystack.

Each seat unlocks everything Cadence does: the desktop tracker, team roles, the owner view, calendar and task-tool connections, and per-organisation data isolation. There is no free, limited, or starter tier to grow out of.

Because the plan is flat, your bill is easy to predict: your number of seats multiplied by R170 each month, or R1,800 each year. See managing seats for how members map to what you pay.

Your 21-day free trial

Every new organisation starts with a 21-day free trial, so you can set up your team and track real work before any payment is taken. During your free trial you have the full product, exactly as you would on a paid subscription: the trial is not a cut-down version.

When the trial ends, the owner starts a paid subscription in the Cadence desktop app to keep using Cadence. See payments and invoices for how that works.

Billing is per organisation

There is one subscription per organisation, not one per person. Your organisation is the container your team and billing live under, so everyone you invite is covered by the same subscription. Individual members never pay or manage billing themselves. Billing is managed exclusively by the organisation owner.
